Forex Robot Traders- Do They Really Work?

Forex is a huge industry today. There are huge fortunes to be gained every day for the success of the traders. Unfortunately many people who do not know what they are doing is losing money too. If it were easy, everyone would do it, right?

Recently a few companies have emerged with what they call Forex traders robot. What are the robots, computers or even better, making all the calculations of when to buy and sell. It is supposed to take all the guesswork from the equation for you. Just create the program and put it on autopilot and watch the cash only for your bank account. Ahh, if only it were that simple. I will not lie, these robots are very good and can make money with them but, as everything has its flaws. Here are some I found.

Firstly, the systems work only in MT4 robot MT4, while services that have an auto alert purchase / sale of the system are not limited to a particular platform.

Secondly, the EA MT4 formulas are based on pure mathematics (most of them are combinations of simple and exponential averages). Forex is an automatic warning based on self-learning neural networks and genetic algorithms and as input it takes a lot of parameters (such as day of the week, part of the year, prices in other currencies, gold prices, the oil prices, holidays, etc.).

EA MT4 can not do (or perhaps they can, but not like this is a very complicated scheme that requires a high power computation, which is impossible to obtain in a PC). EA normally take into account only the story of the couple and given that’s it. We believe the market can not be described with a simple mathematical model with a single parameter. It is a nonlinear system, such as weather or water currents.

Although the robots are great, they are limited in what they can do. I suggest a program that will ready to use the exchange of signals. They can make money without thinking about Forex. This is more efficient and modern making money today. It can be used by any person in every country in the world. All you need is access to the Internet several times a week, a few minutes each time. That’s it. That way you can capture all the foreign exchange market, not just systems MT4.
